The Passion Card - Terms of Use Agreement

The following Terms of Use Agreement apply to the user of the Passion Card. The use of any Passion Card constitutes the acceptance to the terms and conditions identified in this Agreement.

Use of the Passion Card Account:

REGISTRATION

You need to register your profile online at www.passionsoccer.ca and link your Passion Card to your profile to become a privileged member OR you could use your intelligent phone and opt to obtain a digital Passion Card upon your registration. The choice is yours. Start by filling out the registration form to receive the activation email and then click on the link to authenticate your membership inscription. 

BENEFITS

All Passion Card holders can obtain 5 Reward Points per dollar spent pre-tax at any Passion Soccer retail location. All valid members can redeem their Rewards Points at any Passion Soccer retail location. Plus activated members will receive and may earn personalized email promotions from time to time based on the amount of dollars spent at Passion Soccer retail locations. 100 Reward Points are equal to 1.00$ (before taxes).

PROMOTIONS

Promotions are offered to privileged members only and are applicable for a limited time. The promotions are emailed to members and are applicable for a limited time at the identified location.

LOST OR FORGOTTEN PROMOTIONS

The Passion Card program and stores cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or expired promotions and or cards.

REWARD POINTS REDEMPTIONS

Only registered Passion Card members can redeem Reward Points as a discount for future purchases at any Passion Soccer retail location.

TERMINATION AND EXPIRY

All Passion Cards and Reward Points that have not been used for 730 consecutive days from their last transaction will be terminated and all benefits of the Passion Card will be expired. 

MODIFICATIONS

The Passion Card and Passion Soccer stores reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate Passion Card program, to alter, limit, modify or add to the Passion Card program rules, regulations, terms and conditions without prior notice at any time and from time to time. As permitted by applicable law, any amendment will become effective at the time the amended agreement is posted online through www.passionsoccer.ca.

PROTECT YOUR CARD

You can register your Passion Card online at www.passionsoccer.ca to protect the balance on the card. Your Passion Card account balances are only protected from the point in time that you notify us of your stolen, lost or damaged card and the identification, verification of your profile has been established.

CARD BALANCES

You can obtain the balance of your Passion Card by visiting any Passion Soccer store and or online at our website. Any time you conduct a Passion Card transaction, you will be provided with an electronic receipt (proof of transaction) by email clearly identifying the card’s new balance. You should validate every receipt and safe keep all of you receipts for future reference if required.

ERRORS

Any questionable transactional errors need to be communicated to the management of each participating Passion Soccer retail store. Passion Soccer retail stores shall have no liability for any questionable transaction as transactional errors need to be identified and resolved at time of occurrence with the management of the participating location. Passion Soccer reserves the right not to accept, load or re-issue any Passion Card if Passion Soccer reasonably believes that the use is unauthorized or fraudulent.

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada therein.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of agreement between card holder and Passion Soccer, its retail stores, and exceeds and joins all prior agreements.
